HE IS ABLE

HE IS ABLE

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,” Eph. 3:20

Man may get drowned in his troubles, whichever they may be, but let him hear that there is a God who is able, he will lift his drowsy and pain-laded eyes heavenward, and his spirit will experience amazing resurgence.

Our hearts have heard the good tidings, O God, concerning your omnipotent power, and our downcast faces have been renewed with hope and joy unspeakable. For who is like unto the Lord, mighty to save, working wonders?

He is able, more than able, to do much more than we can ever imagine or ask. When our faith faints, we can yet remember that our God is able, and willing to secure our souls, and there is none like unto Him, to challenge His power, or to threaten His people and creation.

Is He not the God of gods, the Lord of lords, and King of kings? He is able to accord you comfort in your troubled times, salvation in your destruction, peace in your turmoil, way out in besieged state, and provision in your impoverished times.

When evil multiplies, and Devils seem to reign supreme, we need not subside into the depths of depression, but only remember our God who is able. He has power enough to quench evils and Devils with a blast of His mouth. For there are no powers in all universe put together that can compare and match His omnipotence.

We know He is able, and that gives us joy, which becomes our strength. Anon does the joy of our God enter our hearts than the doom and gloom vanish. Oh, how the troubles are pacified, and stilled by peace that surpasses all understanding! We just but trust and rely on His strength, and our hearts rejoice. The most high and mighty is none but our Father, and in Him we are at home, and are assured of His omnipotent protection.

Oh, may our hearts rapture in joy in remembrance that He is able. Let the poor soul rest assured that he is not alone in this crazy world, but find solace in the thought that his God is able. It doesn’t matter how past or present circumstance say, for these are not indicators of the abilities of our God. But in faith let him rise from ashes to the amazing truth that his God is able and there is none like unto Him. That He is able to raise him from his pit as well as to give him strength to rise above his troubles.

For who is he that overcomes but he who believes in God? “All things are possible to him who believes”. “This is that which overcomes the world, even our faith”. Therefore let us believe that our God is able, and let this be our song of praise to the One who makes us overcomers.

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:”
